“中国的教育有诸多优势”。中国共产党成立102周年之际，中国地质大学工程技术学院的柬埔寨在华留学生霑志民(TEP CHANPANHA)接受中国新闻网采访时表示，四年的留学生活，让他对中国共产党和中国教育事业有了更深刻的认识， 中国的飞速发展也让他体会到，中国共产党如何“坚持为人民服务，密切关注人民的需要、呼声和愿望。”

　　“Chinese education has so many advantages,” said TEP CHANPANHA, a Cambodian student from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) in an interview with China News Network. Four years of studying in China gave him a deeper understanding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and China’s education system. China’s rapid development also made him realize that "the CPC pays close attention to the needs, voices and aspirations of the people."
